Set up Price Lists

Price List introduction

You can create and maintain as many (or as few) price lists as you like. Some photos might fall in to one price category, while other photos fall in to another category.

When you convert photos into products, you bulk-assign a price list to them. When a shopper clicks Add to Cart for one of your photos, they see prices from that price list.

When you change that price list in the future, all associated products are immediately updated with the new prices; no need to go through all of your photos to update them.

You can also easily bulk-assign a new price list to existing photos.

Create price list

1. Go to your profile page
   1. Either click your name next to Signed In on the top-right of the screen, or click My Profile on the side menu (side menu not available on all screens)
2. Click Price Lists
3. Click Add new price list
4. Type a Price list name and a Price list description
   1. These are only visible to you and help remind you about the details of the price list
5. Enter prices for and select the checkboxes for the sizes you wish to make available for this product
6. Click Save
7. To add custom Prints, Posters, Products, first save any other changes to the page, click Add new size, enter the size name, and then click Save
