Peter Hook (and his supporting band The Light) performed the “Unknown Pleasures” album (and more) at The Music Box at Fonda in Hollywood, California, on December 11, 2010.
Peter Hook appeared with his band, The Light, on stage at the Music Box, to play the album “Unknown Pleasures,” the first release from Joy Division in 1979. The Light consists of Peter Hook’s son, Jack Bates, playing bass, Andy Poole on keyboards, Paul Kehoe on drums, and Nat Wason on guitar.
Peter played on his Hagström Viking 1 bass (red with cream lining) the entire time.
Peter played bass when not singing, and sang on all of their songs except for one, on which guest performer Perry Farrell sang.
